Real Estate

I’ve shot a lot of event videos over the years, but get asked occasionally to shoot a real estate video. I really like doing them, and would love to do more in the future. This was for a a former co-worker of mine that moved into the real estate field with her husband. I was asked to shoot some video and drone shots, and their photographer would work their magic at a later date. They wanted two videos, a teaset, then a 10 minute video complete with interviews. These are the results!

The Teaser

72 Vine Street is a beautiful multi million dollar home in Berwick, Maine with the Salmon Falls River right in its back yard. Amazing home, with beautiful views. This was a quick teaser that showed some of the exterior drone shots as well as shots of the river. The 10 minute video would show the interiors.

Full House Highlight

This was an extensive video of the property, complete with interviews with the current owner. The voiceover was recorded on the realtors iPhone, thought not the best quality, it was convernient for the realtor to record on. It worked!

VRBO

A friend of mine asked me to shoot some video of his condo on Shawnee Peak for his  VRBO listing , and this was the result. This was the first real estate type video I had shot, so while not the greatest, it worked for my friends listing. It made for good practice. I didn’t add a logo intro like I normally would for a video, because my friend didn’t have a logo! Next time!

Real Estate Photography

Here are some shots of my house that I used for practive, before shooting my friends Shawnee Peak condo. I used the ‘flambient technique’ where you take 3 different photos with different exposures, and then blend them together in Photoshop. Really cool technique so you can get the windows exposed propoerly to show the outisde landscape.

Conclusion

Really fun, and I love to see the results come to life. A nice way to highlight, photography, video, and drone work. Would love to do more of this work in the future.
