After a long hiatus, Agile Maine Day returned to the IDEXX campus in Westbrook, Maine to bring together the practitioners to discuss all things Agile. This year, Agile Maine adopted the “open space” concept where the attending practitioners were broken up into several groups. The groups then voted on their own topics of discussion relevant to their current work conditions. The group discussion was then facilitated by a chosen practitioner. The attendees seemed to really adjust to this new concept. It was really nice to see the group come back together after several years of the event being held online.
